  • Monitors the air conditioning system to prevent damage and/or anticipate damage before it is more expensive.

  • I will receive notification if there is a water leak that can damage the property.

  • Will eliminate the cost of having to change locks and/or keys in case the tenant loses them or when they move. 
  • If the house is vacant it will allow me to show the home and have a record of who saw it and when. 
  • Being able to give access to any maintenance person without having to worry about changing keys or locks afterward 
  • It will allow remote access to the property. 
 
Online Reports 24/7 
  • We provide you secure online access to monthly statements, inspection reports, copies of invoices, tax reports, and rental history with the click of a mouse through your personal portal 
 
Direct deposit of your monthly payment to your bank account 
 
Pet Damage Guarantee 
  • Our pet selection process is so strict that we will personally reimburse you up to $ 1,000 (per lease) on top of the tenant's deposit in case of pet damage.
  •  Resident must have been acquired by Open Key Management and in an Open Key Management lease

Tenant Placement Guarantee
  • If we hire a tenant and the tenant breaks their lease for the first 12 months, we do not charge a second lease fee during the 12-month period. We will place a new tenant at no additional cost to you.

  • Our lease is reviewed and approved by Heist, Weisse & Wolk, P.A., one of the leading Florida landlord and tenant law firms. We operate in compliance with Florida's fair housing, livability, application selection, and right to cure laws.
 
Repair surveys
  • To ensure all repairs are done correctly, we follow up with each tenant AFTER the job is done to make sure everything is correct
