Pet Damage Guarantee
- Our pet selection process is so strict that we will personally reimburse you up to $ 1,000 (per lease) on top of the tenant's deposit in case of pet damage.
- Resident must have been acquired by Open Key Management and in an Open Key Management lease
Tenant Placement Guarantee
- If we hire a tenant and the tenant breaks their lease for the first 12 months, we do not charge a second lease fee during the 12-month period. We will place a new tenant at no additional cost to you.
