Rental Screening Criteria
Our Basic Tenant Qualifications:
- Must make at least 3 times the rent income
- Verifiable with appropriate documentation
- Felony Convictions - (Note: Yes, we may. We do individualized assessments of each applicant)
- Recent Evictions - (Note: Yes, we may. We do individualized assessments of each applicant)
- Cannot owe a previous landlord any money
- Applicants should have credit scores above 600 (Note: We can approve tenants with lower credit scores, depending on the circumstances, but they will be required to pay a double security deposit)
- Why? Because we’re in the business of protecting our owner’s investments
- If Pets are acceptable, they will be required to complete a pet screening through our third-party screening service.
- Acceptance will be determined based on the pet screening report.
